Very detailed tailors.
I foolishly burned 2 cigarette holes onto the sleeve and outer breast pocket of my 2-month-old, quilted, diamond pattern, Burberry coat.
The tailor was able to mend the damage and restore my coat to it's original condition by cutting lining material along the inner zipper and expertly stitching it over the diamond patterns, where the holes were made. The stitching matches perfectly! The repairs are completely unnoticeable!
Their attention to detail is immaculate.
I would highly recommend them to friends and work colleagues.

I've been to CASA twice now, while visiting NYC. Both times I stained delicate party dresses, and turned up in a panic to see if what could be done. The first time they did a great job getting some wax like substance off a black lacey dress. I was very relieved, and remember Ruben being very helpful. The second time, just this week, I went back and found Ruben to be equally helpful. I had stained a very delicate velvet dress. He was honest but optimistic about the cleaning. The dress looked good, and Ruben worked with me to keep the costs on the lower end of the quote.
